All the little details

Kitchens
All the kitchens have gas hobs, electric ovens, fridges, freezers, dish washers and washing machines. They are also equipped with a good range of cooking utensils and place settings for the table.

Sitting rooms
The sitting rooms are furnished with large comfortable sofas and satellite television with DVD facilities. DVDs can be borrowed during your stay.

Bedrooms
The beds have been chosen to be comfortable; they have sprung slat bases and good quality mattresses. The bed linen is pure cotton. Blankets are provided for the mid-season and down duvets for the colder periods. Cots are available for small guests.

Bathrooms
The simply designed, fully tiled bathrooms have shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet and for cooler season use, a heated towel rail. There is a bath in both Casa Vecchia and La Stufa. Towels are provided during your stay.

Heating
All the apartments have full central heating for the colder months.
Terraces
Each apartment has a terrace: Casa Vecchia and Onoria have wisteria covered pergolas and La Stufa has a huge sunblind. They are all equipped with large table, chairs and barbeque.

Gardens
The gardens have been designed to give each apartment a defined area for their own use whilst retaining the visual impact of one large garden.

Swimming pool
The pool is 15m x 7m and goes from 1.10m to 2.10m. and is for the use of all guests. It has a paved surround which is partially shaded by pergolas and is furnished with sun-loungers. Swimming towels are provided during your stay.

Games area
There is an area (big enough for five-a-side football), situated near the house in the olive grove, which is available for all to play ball games. There is also a swing and a see-saw.

Parking
Parking is in a shaded area away from the immediate precincts of the house. All vehicles are parked at their owner's own risk.

There is someone available everyday to help you with questions, problems, bookings and emergencies.
